- made shielded dash egg rarer

- new egg: tnt egg

      - slower than normal eggs

      - throws sticks of dynamite which when destroyed combusts into an explosion that can kill enemies and the player if in range

      - larger shooting range than normal ranged eggs

- player can now shoot down enemy eggs.
